Entrepreneurship as a talent is important because it embodies several other talents. These are independence, creativity, ability to innovate and adaptability. An entrepreneur is a person who by default is not the mainstream person you usually meet every day. An entrepreneur thinks and acts differently then other people because of his talents. There are several variations to an entrepreneur and one of them is the so-calledintraprepeur. Intrapreneur is a person that in entrepreneurial within a company. This person has to have all skills listed above except the independency. In order to be entrepreneurial there are certain tools you will need. These tools are the business model canvas, lean methodology and creativity ofcourse.
